Cost and What's Included:
Pricing for 2013 is: (Please note 2013 Registrations are now being taken with a $75 deposit)
2014 Dates that are confirmed are posted on the events page and registrations are being taken with your $75 deposit.
All 3 day retreats at Battle Lodge 4H Centre will be $220.00/participant.
All 4 day retreats at Battle Lodge 4H Centre will be $295.00/participant
Star of the North Retreat Centre has multiple options for you:
$220 for a 3 day/Single Private room Registration (Twin Bed and Sink in room)
$165 for a 3 day/No Accommodations Single Registration (Fri 4-Midnight, Saturday 9-Midnight, Sunday 9-2pm)
$410 for a 3 day/Shared Accommodation Double Registration (sharing a Double Bed with Sink in room) Must register together, payments can be made individually, however if one drops out, the other will pay the double room rate or move to a single room bed.
$270 for a 3 day/PRIVATE room with PRIVATE FULL BATH (based on availaiblity at time of booking). Email to find out availability.
$480 for a 3 day/Double Shared Accommodations with a PRIVATE FULL BATH (based on availability at time of booking).
Your registration includes:
- A 4-6ft Table working space in the work rooms for your projects.
-Saturday night theme night activities.

-Accommodations
- two (or three) nights accommodations based on registration
- at Battle Lake 4H Centre is all single beds (3 bunks per room with a maximum 3/4 persons per room) no top bunk bookings unless requested.
- Star of the North Retreat Centre is booked based on your preference, either a private room with a Twin bed, a double occupancy room with a double bed shared, a Private Bath Suite with a double bed shared for double occupancy or single occupancy.
- Camp HeHoHa is double occupancy rooms with two beds or triple rooms with a third bed brought into these hotel style rooms. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower. Bed Linens included.
Meals Included are based on Facility as follows:
- Friday night at Star of the North Retreat Centre is light snacks, Battle Lake includes a full Supper at 6:00pm, Camp HeHoHa does not have meals on Friday.
- Saturday includes Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Supper at all locations.
- Sunday includes Hot Breakfast and Lunch at Star of the North and Camp HeHoHa, however at 11:00 Brunch is served at Battle Lake 4H Centre.
How do I pay my fee's
1. Submit your registration online using the links above.
2. A $75 Deposit per person is due to secure your spot for any retreat 90+ days away. This Deposit is not refundable or transferable. If registering within the 90 days prior to retreat your deposit will be 50% of the costs of your registration (ex: $220 fee would be a $110 deposit if registering 2months ahead).
3. A $90 second installment payment (2nd Payment) is due 90 days prior to retreat start date. This payment is not refundable or transferable.
4. Your final balance amount (depending on whether you've signed up for 3 or 4 days) is due 30 days prior to retreat. This payment is not refundable or transferable.
5. All late payments are subject to a late fee of $75/late transaction at the 14, 21 and 28 day late markers and/or cancellation/withdrawal of your spot in the retreat. Registration will be forfeited if late fee payment fees are not paid. Please note that all payments made will be applied to late fee's first and then balance paid towards fees.
6. NSF cheques will forfeit your spot and any payments made prior, no exceptions. NSF Cheques will be charged a $75 handling fee to reinstate your spot and future payments will be required by paypal, interac or cash only, no exceptions.
7. All Cheques are to be written out to "Rhonda Duncan" and mailed to #9 Greenborough Crescent, Sherwood Park, AB T8A5G6. If paying by Cheque, ensure you leave enough time for the mail to be delivered as late fees will be added if your payment arrives late. (Sending post dated cheques is permitted and highly encouraged to avoid any delays with the postal service and to avoid paypal fees.)
